Alona is an experienced manual QA team manager who performs software testing activities across all areas of the software development process. Leading teams of up to 10 people, she has coordinated distributed QA teams in both manual and automated testing. With an interest in management and psychology, Alona brings her soft skills to client communication within an agile environment, staffing, and people management, and working to improve the process, creation, and maintenance of project documentation.
